Lane holds both Bachelor of Engineering (BYU 1988) and Master of Business (University of Phoenix 1993). As a young boy he grew up helping his father in the construction industry. In 1999 he received his Architect license and founded Lythgoe Design Group, Inc. He has managed the firm since that time. In 2003 Lane obtained his general contractor license. He has a depth of experience and knowledge due to the range of projects he has been involved in.
Lane is a registered Architect in the State of Utah, Colorado, Idaho.
Lane is married to Laurie Lythgoe and they have 4 children, and many grandchildren whom they love. Lane enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and is always involved in some sort of project outside of work.
Josh holds both a Bachelor of Business in Finance (USU 2019) and an Associate of Science in Engineering Design Technology (UVU 2021). He is currently accepted into, and attending, Utah Valley University’s Bachelor of Architecture program. From a young age he has been drawn to the design industry. He enjoyed his High School drafting and woodshop classes, and has helped his Dad (Lane) with design work since then. Josh works as a Project Manager assisting with design work and business strategy, while he progresses towards licensure as an architect.
Josh is married to Elizabeth Lythgoe and they have 2 children. He enjoys spending time with his family, participating in most outdoor activities, and playing sports.
Kolton holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (USU 2018). He has always been interested in engineering and technology. He began working for Lythgoe Design Group, Inc. in 2014. Kolton works as a Project Manager assisting with design work. Kolton’s understanding of engineering and design, combined with his attention to detail creates true value to the client by creating clear and comprehensive construction documents.
Outside of work, Kolton enjoys hiking and being outdoors, and watching movies.
Elizabeth attended both Utah Valley University and Utah State University where she studied Nursing. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for 4 years. She combines her background with her creative and tactical knowledge and coordinates marketing efforts for Lythgoe Design Group, Inc.
Elizabeth is married to Joshua Lythgoe and they have 2 children. Outside of managing marketing affairs at Lythgoe Design Group, Inc. she enjoys spending time with her family, being a full time mom, spending time outdoors, and expressing her creativity through photography.
Laurie, with her husband Lane, founded and built Lythgoe Design Group, Inc. From its inception she has been integral to the accounting, human resources, marketing and general operations of the firm. Today she is responsible for office management, human resources, coordinating marketing efforts, and accounts payable.
Laurie holds both an Associate of Business in Accounting (UVU 1988) and an Associate in Culinary Arts (UVU 2021). She is very talented in the culinary arts, and enjoys spending time with her family. Together, Lane and Laurie have 4 children, and many grandchildren whom they love.
Jessica attended Snow College, BYU, and Utah Valley University where she studied graphic design, and dietetics. Jessica combines her background with her creative design knowledge and coordinates marketing efforts for Lythgoe Design Group, Inc.
Jessica is married to Dan Anderson and they have 6 children. Outside of work she is a busy full time mom, and helps Dan manage the family farm. She also enjoys baking, being outdoors, interior decorating, and photography.
