Heber Light & Power - Heber City, UT

Heber Light & Power approached us to design a new administration and shop facility for them. We took ideas and feedback from their entire team and combined it with local architectural styles and materials. Working with Epic Engineering we developed a co-generation system which utilizes captured heat from the generators to heat the building in addition to geothermal heating and cooling techniques. What started as a utilitarian building has become a timeless and sustainable piece of Heber Valley.
