Heber City Dental- Heber City, UT

The owners of Heber City Dental had two main goals with this design.

1) They wanted a facility that would be efficient for them to operate their dental practice as well as give them a revenue stream from lease space on the main level.

2) to create a building that was timeless and traditional, with a direct connection to the local indigenous style and materials.

Our design team helped the owner accomplish their goals and today this building is used as an example by Heber City to show what good development can be outside of the “typical BOX” architecture that dominates the modern movement. The traditional use of materials, details and form to create a timeless look that will never go out of style and will always celebrate the Heber Valley vernacular.
