Mountain View Commons - Heber City, UT

This project is a mixed use space. The third level is residential space, and the lower two levels are designed to be either residential or commercial. This allows for all of the space to be utilized, but it is also very flexible. The balconies allow for views of the Heber Valley. The barrel arches and brick root the building in its community. The rhythmic facade on the exterior of this design is both interesting and beautiful.
