Miro Industries - Heber City, UT

This building was designed to house two companies involved with the manufacturing of roof top anchoring systems. The facility boasts a state of the art 24,711 square foot ground level manufacturing plant for the design, engineering, fabrication, shipping, and management of roof top anchoring components. The facility also harbors 8,785 square feet of executive offices, conference rooms, reception area, and break rooms. The facility is built to current energy and environmental standards with a 4” insulated metal panel, which creates a 28 R value on the walls. The roof is designed and built with snow guards and a rain gutter system that removes the rain from around the entire building. The floor is a 6” thick laser floated floor with a smooth finish. There are two “Serco” dock levelers to allow drop down access from trucks in front, as well as four grade level access to the manufacturing floor front and rear.
